| Shipping/Handling
We attempt to ship orders of in-stock items within three business
days, and orders of items not in stock or custom orders within
seven days of receipt of your order. Please make sure your
shipping address is complete, and your contact e-mail and
phone number are correct to avoid delays in processing your
order.
Our standard shipping method is USPS priority mail. Charges
for shipping and handling are based on weight and destination.
USPS Priority Mail permits delivery to a P.O. box or to your
mailbox. Postal delivery time is normally 1-3 days, but can
be longer.
Sales Tax
Orders shipped to an Ohio destination are subject to a 6%
sales tax which will be added to the total at the end of the
checkout process.
Payment Methods
You can use your VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover
card through PayPal. Making payment through PayPal is easy
(and free) and you don't even need to have a PayPal account.
We
will also accept Money Orders or personal checks. If you are
paying by money order, we will have your order ready to ship
as soon as we receive payment. Orders paid by check will be
shipped as soon as the check has cleared your bank. To pay
with check or money order, you will indicate that during the
check out process. We will then send you an email with information
about where to send your payment.
Product Variations
All items are handmade, if we are making more than one of
an item, there may be slight variations in the materials in
your order compared to the item photographed. We will notify
you of any significant differences before processing your
order.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Too
Much Fun Jewelry. If you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30
days and we’ll either repair it (if broken) or give
a full refund of the initial cost, whichever you prefer. If
a repair is needed, please return all pieces for repair or
replacement.
If you do need to return something, please send us an e-mail
at service@toomuchfunjewelry.com
and we will coordinate the best way for you to return the
item to us. If you have requested a refund, this will help
us make sure that you are credited for the cost of the item.
Since
our products are produced in very limited quantities, orders
of three or more of any one item will need to be custom made;
custom made orders are not returnable.
Original
shipping charges and return shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Limited Warrantee
In the unlikely event that a piece of our jewelry breaks due
to ordinary wear within 60 days of receipt, we will repair
or replace at our discretion.
If
you do need to return something for repair or replacement
during the 60 day time period, please send us an e-mail at
service@toomuchfunjewelry.com
and we will coordinate the best way for you to return the
item(s) to us.
